使用kubeadm快速安装kubernetes集群

系统初始化
k8s-master01, k8s-node01, k8s-node02 执行:
配置每台机器的网络
配置用户 sudo 权限
禁用 swap
设置 hostname
安装 docker
安装 kubeadm、kubelet 和 kubectl

To start using your cluster, you need to run the following as a regular user:
mkdir -p $HOME/.kube
sudo cp -i /etc/kubernetes/admin.conf $HOME/.kube/config
sudo chown $(id -u):$(id -g) $HOME/.kube/config
Alternatively, if you are the root user, you can run:
export KUBECONFIG=/etc/kubernetes/admin.conf
You should now deploy a pod network to the cluster.
Run "kubectl apply -f [podnetwork].yaml" with one of the options listed at:
https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/cluster-administration/addons/
Then you can join any number of worker nodes by running the following on each as root:

配置 node 节点
向集群添加新节点,在 k8s-node01, k8s-node02 执行 kubeadm init 输出的 kubeadm join 命令
